Oman Falcon Tours Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

• More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
• 3 to 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Oman Falcon Tours:

• In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will receive a full refund or can reschedule for another date.

3. Rescheduling:

• Customers may reschedule their tours up to 48 hours before the start time without any penalty, subject to availability.

4. Group Cancellations:

• For group bookings of 10 or more, cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the tour date to receive a full refund (minus administrative fees).

5. Partial Refunds:

• For tours that are shortened due to unforeseen circumstances during the experience, partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Oman Falcon Tours.
